This Cancellation Policy applies to registrations for ISGCON 2027, organised by the Indian Society of Gastroenterology Tamil Nadu Chapter (23rd - 26th September 2027, Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India).
1. How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be emailed to isgcon2027@gmail.com from the registered email address and must include:
- Full name of the delegate
- Registration number (if issued)
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation
2. Cancellation Timeline
- On or before 30 June 2027: Cancellation may be accepted subject to the Refund Policy and applicable processing charges.
- From 1 July 2027 to 31 August 2027: Cancellation may be accepted with a higher deduction as stated in the Refund Policy.
- On or after 1 September 2027: No cancellation is permitted, and no refund will be issued.
3. Name Changes / Substitutions
Substitution of a registered delegate may be considered before the conference, subject to secretariat approval and any category or fee difference. Substitution is not automatic and must be requested in writing.
4. Visa / Travel Related Cancellations
Denial of visa, flight cancellation, or personal travel issues do not automatically entitle the delegate to a refund. The cancellation and refund rules on this website will apply.
5. Organiser Cancellation
If the conference is postponed or cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, registered delegates will be informed of the next steps, which may include transfer of registration to a rescheduled date or refund as decided by the organising committee.
