This Refund Policy applies to paid registrations for ISGCON 2027, organised by the Indian Society of Gastroenterology Tamil Nadu Chapter. Refunds are processed only after a valid cancellation request is approved by the secretariat.
1. Refund Schedule
- Cancellation on or before 30 June 2027: 75% of the paid registration fee may be refunded.
- Cancellation from 1 July 2027 to 31 August 2027: 50% of the paid registration fee may be refunded.
- Cancellation on or after 1 September 2027: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Bank / payment gateway charges, where already deducted by the payment provider
- Accommodation, travel, tours, or third-party services booked separately
- No-shows without a timely written cancellation request
- Complimentary or waived registrations, where no fee was paid
3. Processing
- Approved refunds are normally processed within 30–45 working days after approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method / remitter account where possible.
- The delegate must provide correct bank details if requested for bank-transfer refunds.
4. Duplicate / Excess Payments
If a duplicate or excess payment is verified by the secretariat, the excess amount may be refunded after deduction of applicable bank charges.
5. Decision
All refund decisions of the Local Organising Committee / Conference Secretariat are final. For queries, write to isgcon2027@gmail.com with your registration number and payment reference.
