These Terms & Conditions govern registration for and participation in the 67th Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology (ISGCON 2027), organised by the Indian Society of Gastroenterology Tamil Nadu Chapter, scheduled for 23rd - 26th September 2027 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India.
1. Acceptance
By submitting a registration, making a payment, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
- Registration is open to medical professionals, trainees, researchers, accompanying persons, and invited faculty as per the published categories.
- Delegates are responsible for providing accurate personal, professional, and payment information.
- The organisers may request supporting documents for concessional or complimentary categories.
3. Registration & Fees
- Fees are as published on the Registration page and may change after early-bird deadlines.
- A registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification by the secretariat.
- The official registration number is issued after payment confirmation.
- Bank / UPI transfer details must match the published account information. Incorrect transfers are the delegate’s responsibility.
4. Conduct
Delegates must follow venue rules, scientific programme guidelines, and applicable laws. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel participation for misconduct, false information, or unpaid dues, without prejudice to other remedies.
5. Programme Changes
The scientific programme, speakers, timings, and venue arrangements may be updated as required. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes through the website and registered email addresses.
6. Intellectual Property
Conference materials, branding, website content, and presentations remain the property of ISG, the speakers, or their respective rights holders. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for travel delays, visa refusal, personal injury, loss of belongings, or indirect losses arising from attendance or non-attendance, except where caused by proven negligence of the organisers.
